The 2020 Kia Telluride is now available at Sansone Kia and is among the first of the 2020 models to be released in the North American market. Since its release, the SUV is dominating the news in automotive sites. This is especially the case with longstanding auto site cars.com.
The Kia Telluride made the most headlines for the site in early June, being the main topic for two of the top 10 stories of the week. One story was an overview of the family SUV, which came in at number one. The other was an overview of how well the SUV accommodates a baby seat. That story came in at number five. With two top placements, one of which was number one, the Kia Telluride beats out other 2020 family SUVs.
In the site’s aforementioned overview post, reviewer Jennifer Geiger praised the SUV for its strong powertrain. It is powered by a 3.8-liter V6 engine mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission.
Other areas that were given high marks include the vehicle’s comfortable ride, upscale materials, handling, and user-friendly multimedia system. Another worthy mention is the generous cargo space with 21-cubic feet of storage room.
As far as the infotainment system goes, a new Driver Talk feature enables the driver to mute the radio and project his/her voice via rear seat microphone. Similarly, there is a Quiet Mode that mutes all but the front speakers to allow passengers to rest while the driver enjoys the music.
